Help Desk

Employee "Help Desk" is just that. We're the "on-call" benefits and claim advocate for your employees. We're there to answer their claim questions and assure them they will receive the largest benefit payment your plan allows.

Employer Administration Liaison

The final piece of the partnership, Employer Administration Liaison, allows us to take on the role of your administrative liaison with the insurance carrier(s). If you have billing or benefit questions, you call us, not the insurance carrier. We handle the intricacies of employee benefit administration while you manage the day-to-day operations of your growing business.
